a) **Planifie, organise et anime les activités pédagogiques**
- Apporte une attention particulière à la planification et l’organisation des routines avec son groupe.
- Planifie, organise, anime et évalue les activités auprès des enfants qui lui sont confiés tout en respectant le niveau de développement des enfants.
- Présente son programme éducatif à la personne désignée par la direction générale.
- Les activités planifiées doivent correspondre aux goûts, aux besoins, aux intérêts des enfants et doivent permettre à l’enfant de faire des choix et de trouver des solutions. Veuillez suivre les thèmes affichés chaque année.
- Utilise tout le matériel éducatif pour préparer les activités pédagogiques. Lorsqu'il manque du matériel, il appartient à l'éducateur d'envoyer un courriel ou de fournir ce qui manque sur une feuille de papier. Aucun avis verbal ne sera pris en considération.
- Assure l’équilibre de la fréquence et la durée des activités.
- Crée un milieu qui favorise un climat chaleureux et positif pour les enfants.
- Utilise diverses techniques pour annoncer les transitions entre les activités. Donnez toujours l'avertissement de 5 minutes avant la transition. (Exemple : nettoyage dans 5 minutes) Cela aide à organiser et responsabilise les enfants.
- Assure l’entretien et la désinfection du matériel éducatif, de l’équipement et des jouets.
- Assure un rangement adéquat.
b) **Favorise le développement et la participation des enfants**
- Assure une présence constante auprès des enfants en étant attentive au développement, au comportement, à l’accueil et à l’intégration de l’enfant
- Assure le respect des consignes de la garderie
- Voit au bon fonctionnement des groupes et du service de garde en général
- Établit une relation significative auprès des enfants
- Participe et prend plaisir aux jeux des enfants
- Développe la créativité chez l’enfant
- Implique les enfants dans le maintien de l’ordre et le respect de l’environnement
- Favorise l’accès et le rangement du matériel par les enfants
- Évalue le matériel disponible pour assurer sa pertinence
- Favorise la curiosité des enfants
- Favorise l’exploration, la manipulation et l’expérimentation selon la plate-forme pédagogique de la garderie
- Véhicule des valeurs éducatives et sociales telles que la coopération, l’entraide, le partage, le respect, l’autonomie et l’estime de soi
c) **Développement personnel et organisationnel**
- S’assure de relire (au moins une fois l’an) toutes les politiques et lignes directrices au bon fonctionnement de la garderie
- Participe à des activités de formation dans le cadre de ses fonctions
- Assiste et participe aux réunions d’équipes et pédagogiques à la demande de la direction
- Participe à son évaluation de rendement
- En collaboration avec la directrice adjointe en installation participe à la détermination des besoins d’équipements et de matériel pédagogiques
- Participe au développement personnel et organisationnel de l’installation
- Participe à l’élaboration d’outils servant à noter l’évolution du comportement des enfants
- Assure les services des repas et des collations aux enfants
- Note les assiduités des enfants pour fin de présence et pour assurer le décompte des enfants lors des périodes de transitions et des sorties extérieures
- Participe à l’intégration des nouveaux employés
d) **Assure la santé et la sécurité des enfants**
- Assure des services de garde de qualité en assurant la santé, la sécurité et le bien être de chaque enfant
- Communique certaines règles de sécurité aux enfants
- S’assure que la disposition des équipements et du matériel est sécuritaire pour les enfants
- S’assure qu’une inspection quotidienne soit effectuée avant les sorties extérieures selon la politique en vigueur
- Avise la direction de toute situation qui demande une réparation pour fin de sécurité
- Utilise toutes les mesures d’hygiène pertinentes pour protéger la santé
- S’assure que tous les médicaments sont hors de la vue et de la portée des enfants (sous clé)
- S’assure du respect des indications pour administrer un médicament à un enfant en conformité avec les règlements du ministère
