**Matrix Mechanical Group Ltd** is looking for a General Manager to join our team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the operations of our business. This includes developing our staff, scaling the business, refining profitability, and maintaining our service quality. Your expertise and knowledge will be essential in growing the business. **What we need**:

- **Experience**: Management: 15+ years **(required). **Ability to manage an operation of 30-40 people. Experience with managing budgets, evaluating financials, and working with forecasts
- **Operational Efficiency**: Oversee the daily operations to ensure they are efficient and optimal. Develop standard operating procedures that maximizes the productivity and profitability of the business
- **Leadership Development**: Foster an environment that encourages continuous learning and growth. Provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to our team
- **Business Scaling**: Optimize the back-office operations using technology and process improvement. Develop a plan of how we can & should scale including a list of key operational and financial ratios/guidelines
- **Profitability & Margin Enhancement**: Work with the controller and team leads to ensure the profitability of the business. Identify opportunities for higher margins and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality
- **Customer Relations**: Establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key service customers. Work with the existing customer base to identify more project opportunities. Set up a training program for the service team that educates them on customer service
- **Team Performance**: Regularly monitor team performance against objectives and KPIs. Implement necessary changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
