We are currently looking for a motivated individual with an eye for detail to join our Vernon Branch, to fill the role of Sales Coordinator.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Key point person for all Sales deals being “funneled” to completion (paperwork and Cost sheets).
- Filing and information system management including machine folders, forms, and updates.
- Information entry and management in business system including new unit creation and details.
- Internal/retail or OEM finance document preparation and communication with agents/systems.
- Processing and/or forwarding of paperwork and information to others for payments, accruals, and other information.
- Confirm approvals from management for sales deals, payment schedules or price projects.
- Creation and approval of customer account setups with branch manager.
- Credit checks, in-house account review for creditworthiness (Sales deals and Parts/Service).
- AR monthly report review with branch manager for past-due accounts and plan for recovery.
- Invoice issues or adjustment review with accounting.
- Branch cash float/petty cash.
- Assign PO#, obtain approvals for attachments & other wholegoods items related to machine sales/stock and place orders with suppliers (Jason-Kubota, Blair-Kobelco). Manage ground inventory control.
- Advise aftermarket (Parts and Service) of completed sales to ensure support is in place.
- Add trade-in units and other machines or wholegoods to website and other databases as needed.
- Support for bank deposits and mail as needed.
- Contact for security company and user updates.
- Support to other members of the Administration team when needed.
- Support safety team, branch, corporate team as needed for projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary Education or combination of related experience and skills.
- Detail-oriented/Attention to detail and follow-through on applicable process and policy.
- Must be a motivated self-starter with an aptitude for numbers and deadlines.
- Able to think creatively and work with multiple projects in a varied environment.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Ethics, Integrity, and a dependable nature.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
