Prep Cook/steward

**Role Proposition**:
**Physical Requirement**:
Light, work activities involve handling loads of 5 kg but less than 10 kg; Predominately in an indoor setting.

**Accountabilities**:

- Responsible for washing all F&B service wares
- Perform regularly scheduled daily/weekly/monthly cleaning
- Participates in food preparation and maintenance of storage areas
- Responsible for the delivery of culinary and kitchen supplies
- Assists in the rotation of food items and supplies
- Ensures the highest standards of sanitation are met throughout the kitchen by following departmental standards
- Previous culinary experience/education while an asset is not required
- Works effectively within a team and recognizes when to provide support to other kitchen team members
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations
- Is self-disciplined with a sincere desire to provide an elevated guest experience
- Self-starts on tasks and can respond to varying business volumes as they relate to impacts on the kitchen
- Is physically capable of working in a fast-paced environment and safely lifting heavy loads of around 20kg
- Is physically capable of working on their feet for prolonged periods
