**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule Service Appointments
- Opening work orders and describing clearly and accurately the specific customer problems and needs
- Assist Customers with their trailer needs and inquiries
- Explaining warranty policies and factory-recommended maintenance schedules to customer
- Encouraging vehicle service and maintenance by advising customers on the care of their trailers and the value of maintaining their rv.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner, and appropriately passing customers over to a manager if required

- Self Motivated and Well Organized
- Strong Communication Skills
- Experience with PBS considered an Asset
- Service Advisor Experience considered an Asset

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fergus, ON N1M 3K8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
