**Position: Systems Analyst - Senior**
**Location: Guelph, Ontario (Hybrid)**
**Duration: Long Term**
**Employment: Contract**

**3. Documentation and Communication skills**
- Demonstrated knowledge of Incident and Change Management activities.
- Demonstrated ability for strong documentation and writing skills.
- Demonstrated experience in presentation, verbal and written communications skills.

**4. Technical and problem solving**
- Demonstrated abilities to administer and maintain continuous operations of production scheduling and batch processing.

**5. Service Management tools**
- Demonstrated knowledge of Service Management Tools such as eSMT, CIT, Remedy and ITIL.

**6. Communications, Collaborations and analytics tools**
- Demonstrated knowledge of OS365 Suite of products.
- Demonstrated Ability to review and access ongoing and changing client requirements.
