Position: Part-Time Handyman

Hours: Flexible, Part-Time

Availability: 24/7, 7 days a week

Compensation: $25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance tasks across multiple properties.

Address repair requests promptly and effectively.

Troubleshoot and resolve minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry issues.

Ensure properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work.

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC and carpentry.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Availability to respond to urgent maintenance requests 24/7, 7 days a week.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
