Residential Superintendent
Contract role with strong possibly of permanency
Ottawa

We are currently looking for a Residential Superintendent for a 200 Suite Building located in Ottawa South/East.

The ideal candidate would have previous experience as a handy man and or a Superintendent and have a great personality

Advantages

Responsibilities

  • Make sure that the building is up to pace at all times
  • Ensure that clients in the building are attended to with high level of customer service
  • Handle all resident issues, inquiries, feedback, questions and concerns
  • Complete all request from residents
  • Customer service and administrative duties as required
Qualifications

  • Handy man experience
  • Superintendent experience
  • Must be a people person
  • Experience with plumbing and electrical
  • MUST be able to be on call 1 weekend of of the months and 2 nights per/week
