**Summary description**:

- Lead the Mechanic Lead hand and Refrigeration Technician team and its processes, being an inspiring leader according to LOTS leadership values. Controls the workflow processes of the workshop such as vehicle maintenance and repairs, customer’s services & relationship, inventory & spared parts control, billing & invoice processes and 5S, executing actions and projects aligned with the organization's strategies, based on the principles and values established by the company.

**Key activities**:

- Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve customer service goals at the shop
- Set expectations for each member of its team and ensure they meet expectations
- Plan and assign work to technicians and mechanics accordingly based on their experience and training
- Make decisions about accepting work and proceeding with repairs given customer requirements
- Create work orders
- Ensure work orders are flowing smoothly as per policy through the service and parts department
- Check for account status or COD and arrange for pre-authorized payments for COD customers
- Build and obtain correct and accurate quotes on a customer request basis
- Greet and handle in-person customer visits
- Address customer complaints and concerns that have been escalated in a timely and professional manner
- Create a safe environment of values-related issues and concerns
- Ensure technicians follow all safety procedures (LOTS and externals)
- Guarantee 5S is being applied on the daily basis
- Monitor and keep the work order board well organized and clean
- Monitor a check-in process for technicians on service calls
- Oversee staff to ensure work is being performed according to established standards
- Ensuring paperwork flow is kept to process’ standards and well organized
- Perform other activities related to LOTS interests when requested by the management
