Fancii is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Coordinator to join our team full-time at our headquarters in Edmonton. As an integral part of our growing international e-commerce business in the beauty industry, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and supporting our ongoing expansion efforts. Reporting directly to the marketing manager, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our strategic growth initiatives. *We are looking for:*

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across all platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (images, videos, and written) that aligns with our brand voice and aesthetic.
- Implement a content calendar to manage content and plan timely marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a manner that builds a positive community and encourages engagement.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to create authentic content and expand our reach.
- Identify, reach out and work with potential brand partners for collaborative giveaways and campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach.
- Analyze key metrics and create reports to share insights and recommendations with the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities to inform content creation and strategy. *Qualifications & Requirements:*
- Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
- Strong writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
