Front Counter Customer Service

Job description

The Office/Front Desk Clerk supports the smooth operations of the office. He/she must maintain full confidentiality of information and must have a good working knowledge of Windows Office is an asset. They must be capable of producing accurate information to the main office and other Max Fuel sites, the Credit Department and Management.

The Office/Front Desk Clerk must provide customer service to walk in customers. Lube knowledge would be an asset.

**Responsibilities**:
It should be noted that while the list of duties and responsibilities may not be complete it does represent the overall requirements of the job.
- Maintain a positive and pleasant attitude at all times.
- He/she must be available to answer phone calls, take and convey messages.
- General housekeeping duties; clean the bathroom, sweep the floor, dusting.
- Oversee data processing entry of batch information and submission.
- Enter invoices in the system as my be required.
- Prepare bank deposits and balance to the batches as required.
- Report any discrepancies to management as soon as possible.
- Maintain office equipment and stock supplies as needed.
- Provide information to the Credit Department and contact customer accounts when directed to provide missing information.
- Provide all necessary information to the Accounting Clerk for processing the month end financial reports.
- Share in all general office duties, keeping work area clean and tidy at all times. Maintain adequate stock on hand and order general office supplies as required.
- Any other related duties that may be called for by Management.

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
