**Your Impact**:
As an **Intermediate Project Controls Professional **in our **Burnaby **office you’ll be responsible for managing cost on a portfolio of engineering projects. You will have the chance to work on project teams using your expertise in WBS setup, forecasting,, invoicing, change management, cost management, project cost analysis, project earn value measurement tracking, risk management, proposals/pricing, cashflow, reporting and financial forecasting. We are looking for an individual that is proactive, can meet deadlines and has strong problem solving and data analysis skills.

- You’ll be working mainly from home (unless you prefer coming into the office), with the expectation to travel for client /site meetings and occasional team meetings._

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, project management, project accounting or related technical field preferred however experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
- At least 5 years of project cost controls experience
- Demonstrating effective leadership in the execution of cost control activities on projects.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex cost information to varied audiences including engineering, project/construction management, and project teams.
- Ability to write accurate and meaningful project status reports. Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with cost management systems a plus (ecosys, prism, cobra, etc) is a plus
- Experience with scheduling software a plus (MS Project, P6)

The base salary range for this position is $69,100 to $90,750. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across British Columbia, Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
