The Bilingual Logistics Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily work of the Logistics Specialists locatedonsite and providing coaching, training and technical guidance for the team. The supervisor will also be responsible forfinancial management, inventory control, and ensuring health and safety standards. The Logistics Supervisor may also perform the duties of a Logistics Specialist role when required, which may include configuring PPM meter equipment, liaising with vendors and internal Panel Administrators, and managing inventory levels.

Le superviseur bilingue de la logistique est chargé de superviser le travail quotidien des spécialistes de la logistique situés sur place, dans nos bureaux de Montréal, et d’offrir de l’encadrement, de la formation et des conseils techniques à l’équipe. Le superviseur sera également responsable de la gestion financière, du contrôle de l’inventaire et de la garantie des normes de santé et de sécurité. Le superviseur de la logistique peut également exercer les fonctions de spécialiste de la logistique au besoin, ce qui peut inclure la configuration de l’équipement des audimètres PPM, la liaison avec les fournisseurs et les administrateurs internes du panel, et la gestion des niveaux d’inventaire.

**What you will do**:

- Supervises the day-to-day work of the Logistics Specialist staff located onsite, providing coaching and handling performance management matters as required.
- Manages all Logistics documentation and updates relevant SOPs. Maintains and updates associated SharePoint sites
- Responds to escalations from the Logistics Specialists for households, further escalating unusual situations to the Manager as required.
- Working with Consumer Experience group on panelist experience, panelist trends, and how to optimize panelist journey.
- Monitors inventory levels for supplies (boxes/cables/inserts, etc.), reordering as necessary working with suppliers.
- Ensuring internal alignment with finances on burn rate of meters, strategies to deliver cost effective department.
- Develops and delivers onsite training for Logistics staff
- Manages a budget (GL account), spending finances as directed by management, and controlling expenses
- Managers Montreal facilities location being part of joint health and safety committee, optimizing work stations for staff, aligning department to building changes
