Position: Front of House Manager

Location: Sweet Obsession

Hours: Full-time, flexible scheduling

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the front of house team in delivering exceptional customer service with a smile
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a seamless dining experience
- Train and motivate front of house staff to uphold our high standards of quality and service
- Maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere in the shop, including regular cleaning and organizing tasks
- Manage inventory levels and communicate with the kitchen team to ensure product availability
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies and promotional events to drive sales

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a bakery, cafe, or restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating delightful customer experiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $37,900.34-$60,908.14 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Weekends as needed
