**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and services
- Manage website content using HTML5, WordPress, and other content management systems
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Assist in product management, including pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies
- Support sales team by providing marketing materials
- Copywriting for various marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and website copy

**Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in HTML5, WordPress, and other content management systems
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, bonus for having realtor ad experience
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with teams
- Knowledge of advertising principles and best practices

Experience with KVCore and promoting real estate would be a huge asset.
