**Career Opportunity**

Our team and business are growing in 2023, and we have an immediate opening for a **Sales Coordinator**. This position manages and distributes inbound sales inquiries, provides quotations to customers and manages our e-commerce store.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist sales staff with phone and chat support
- Enter data into our ERP systems
- Attain price quotes from our suppliers
- Enter orders, leads and organizations into our ERP.
- Book hotels and rental cars gather brochures for sales rep, schedule sales trips
- Send purchase orders to vendors
- Attend sales meetings
- Attend padding and production meetings
- Coordinate solutions for customer shipping and short shipping needs
- Submit close out documentation including warranties, maintenance docs, cleaning instructions etc
- Manage ecommerce orders
- Assist in updating price list

**Skills & Experience**:

- High school diploma is required but an Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred
- Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel
- Working knowledge of customer relationship management software and data analysis
- Excellent motivational skills and works will with a team but also able to work alone
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques
- Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry
- Ability to pay strong attention to detail
- Possesses a “take charge attitude”
- Bilingual considered an asset.

This position reports to the Sales and Business Development Manager who reports to the General Manager.
