- The Warehouse Supervisor will report_directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for supervising the activities of the warehouse and for providing leadership and direction to all warehouse employees._

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Successful co-ordination of the work for the warehouse team based on workloads and customer requirements
- Provide direction to the warehouse team and actively participate in good house-keeping
- Regularly provide both team and individual coaching and development
- Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment at all times by providing direction to the warehouse team, pre-shift inspections, and health & safety regulation compliance
- Timely support for accurate and efficient warehouse administration through required documentation and support of regular inventory counts
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition
- When required assist with picking and packing materials or other warehouse activities to fulfill customer orders

**Experience, Skills & Competencies**
- 2 years’ experience formally or informally leading or supervising all aspects of a warehouse in a distribution environment
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members
- Ability to communicate professionally with a variety of audiences including customers, employees, and co-workers
- Strong problem-solving skills
