Key responsibilities

Superviser les membres de l'équipe des opérations de l'entrepôt; Superviser toutes les activités de l'entrepôt (préparation des commandes, planification des expéditions entrantes et sortantes) afin d'assurer une livraison précise et en temps voulu aux clients; Veiller au respect des BPF, de la sécurité, de l'HACCP, de la sécurité alimentaire et des autres directives de l'entreprise; Superviser l'inventaire des matières premières, des matériaux d'emballage, des produits finis (produits frais et en capsules) et des produits indirects; Il est responsable du contrôle des stocks (décomptes cycliques, des écarts, des ajustements); Préparer rapports (niveaux d'inventaire, OTIF, etc.). Approuver les dépenses logistiques en fonction du budget; Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe de la chaîne d'approvisionnement pour maintenir les niveaux d'inventaire requis et prévenir les ruptures d’inventaire ou les mises au rebut; Participer activement aux audits et aux inspections; Chercher à s'impliquer dans les activités et les processus d'amélioration continue; Assister et participer aux réunions de sécurité appropriées; Élaborer et mettre en œuvre les politiques/procédures de l'entrepôt. Responsable de la formation de l'équipe de l'entrepôt et des nouveaux employés; Toute autres tâches connexes selon les besoins de l’organisation.

Qualifications and skills

Études (DEC ou BAC) en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, en gestion des opérations ou toute autre formation pertinente; Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans la supervision d'entrepôts; Excellente capacité à travailler dans un environnement complexe et à gérer l'ambiguïté; Motivé, leadership démontré, esprit d'équipe, avec un fort désir de réussir; Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (parlé et écrit); Proactif, organisé, prend l'initiative et assure le suivi avec de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles; Excellentes compétences en matière d'analyse de données, de présentation et de rédaction de rapports; Excellente connaissance et capacité à utiliser la suite MS Office; Expérience de l'utilisation du système de planification d'entreprise SAP (un atout).
