Join Our Construction Management Team at Tri-City Builders
Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of all tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to gather and organize project requirements effectively.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, specifications, progress reports, and change orders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate and schedule site inspections, meetings, and project milestones proficiently.
- Communicate regularly with project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data from various sources to support decision-making processes.
- Regularly update project stakeholders through clear, concise written and verbal communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and word-processing tools.
- AutoCAD and Revit skills are an asset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
