Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the project team. This includes coordinating the scheduling and logistics of project activities, tracking progress, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and providing assistance with budgeting. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for helping to ensure that all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and other documentation
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and other events related to the project
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues as they arise
- Track expenses against budgets
- Provide administrative support to team members
- Prepare reports and presentations on project status
- Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, policies, procedures, etc.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Develop relationships with customers to facilitate smooth communication throughout the duration of the project
- Create purchase orders and manage vendor invoices/payments

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a related field or proven experiance
- Own vechicle with clean driving history

**Salary**: From $58,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kitchener-Waterloo, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
