We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Data Center Coordinator at our Vaughan location.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Center Experience**: Utilize existing knowledge and experience in data center operations to contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our data center functions.
- **Dispatch/Coordinator Functions**: Manage and coordinate dispatch activities related to data center operations, ensuring timely response to incidents and service requests.
- **Structural Organization**: Implement and maintain a structured approach to data center processes and procedures, contributing to the overall organization and efficiency of operations.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Handle administrative responsibilities, including documentation, record-keeping, and coordination of tasks related to data center activities.
- **Customer and Colleague Interaction**: Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude in all interactions, providing excellent customer service to both internal colleagues and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a data center environment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in dispatch or coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Data center: 5 years (preferred)
- IT support: 4 years (preferred)
- Network administration: 4 years (preferred)
- Customer support: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CCNP Data Center (preferred)
