Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the design process for various projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts and solutions
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation and quality control
- Provide guidance and mentorship to design team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in design technology

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of telecommunication systems and equipment
- Familiarity with forklift operations and safety protocols
- Experience with welding techniques and equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and components

As a Design Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design process for various projects. Your strong communication skills will be essential in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design concepts. Your proficiency in design software will enable you to create detailed drawings and specifications. Additionally, your project management skills will ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

To excel in this role, you should have knowledge of telecommunication systems. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will contribute to the successful execution of projects.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
