**Summary**

Quality Blasting and Coatings, a member of the Cherubin Group of Companies, has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a General Foreman.

The General Foreman is responsible for the day to day and week to week organization and coordination of all activities in the Quality Blasting and Coatings coatings facilities that has been assigned to them.

**Job duties and tasks**
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedule
- Train or arrange for training
- Oversee safety of operations
- Recommend personnel actions
- Set up machines and equipment
- Requisition or order materials equipment and supplies
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality

**Requirements**:

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 5 years or more experience working in a similar role

**Salary**: $32.50 per hour
