Job Summary:
Hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our family owned disposal company established in 1989. Experience in the waste industry is mandatory.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Provide quotes and take bin orders over the phone
- Track and update customers on pick up and delivery times
- Communicate between customers and drivers
- Enter calls into CRO dispatching software
- Process credit cards deposits online
- Enter customer information into Quickbooks Online
- Dispatch trucks
- Ability to load dump trucks is an asset

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in the waste management industry is mandatory
- Knowledge of the GTA and surrounding areas is an asset
- Ability to communicate in English over the phone
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Equipment operation is an asset (loader, excavator)

Hours of work:

- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
- Alternating Saturdays 7am - 2pm
- Closed on long weekends and closed Saturday's Jan - Mar

Starting salary is based on experience.
