**Job Description Summary**: The Oncology Solutions Care Area Leader (Canada) - USCAN, will own the business, market development & downstream portfolio leadership of oncology solutions franchise. This role will assist and contribute to the coordination of One GEHC account activities in conjunction with the Global Oncology solutions team, Imaging Market Leaders, Market Vice Presidents and their teams of Account Managers/Executives to bring maximum business results and customer satisfaction to GEHC in oncology driven market segment. The Oncology Care Area Leader (East) is expected to act as a conduit back to Modality Leadership to capture evolving market and customer needs to drive continuous product innovation adapted to local market needs.

- Achieve the quarterly and yearly Product/Solution/Service P&L Operating Plan targets for assigned geographical area specially in Dedicated Cancer Centers (DCC) & Oncology Specialty Centers (OSC).
- Drive focused initiatives and sales strategies around simulation & advanced detection products such as CT/MRI Sim, PET CT solutions & 3P partnered solutions in radiation oncology centers.
- Responsible for “infield coaching/ride-along” sessions with corss-functional teams such as Digital, Global Oncology, MICT/MRI/US/Digital Strategic business Units.
- Support in driving Key Opinion Leader relationships and develop “thought leadership” on GE Healthcare’s Oncology product’s & Solution’s in the assigned geographical area.
- Business development (inorganic and organic partnerships) and commercialization of digital, software and care pathway solutions
- Take responsibility and accountability for developing and launching NPI’s with multi-generational Oncology Solutions product and solution road maps, launching new solutions, services and managing offerings through the lifecycle

In this role you will:

- Have a deep understanding of customer ecosystem in oncology domains specially in Radiation Oncology departments and continuously refine GEHC value proposition in Oncology and for specific pathways.
- Drive, together with the local commercial teams, complex projects related to clinical pathways and enterprise solutions from inception to post-deal closure.
- Responsible for downstream Oncology Solutions imperatives - roadmap, product lifecycle and product management processes.
- Develop innovative models of excellent execution and create show-sites to demonstrate the value of GE partnership and solutions, and within those accounts assure smooth execution and delivery of high-risk strategic projects.
- Act as a senior advisor and coach to help customers scope the nature of specific problems they are facing, and architect relevant solution approaches leveraging the entire GEHC portfolio as required.
- Prepare and deliver clear and insightful executive-level presentations internally and externally.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in the technical majors.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Medical Device, Diagnostics/Diagnostic Imaging, and Radiation Oncology is a MUST.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Commercial Sales; Capital Equipment Sales; and/or Sales Strategy functions.
- Exemplary people management, leadership skills, as well as sales coaching & team building skills.
- Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills.
- High level presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport,; collaboration and influence at all levels within an organization.

- Ability to effectively manage risk and uncertainty for self and team.
- Ability to make decisions with confidence when problems or solutions are not 100% defined
- Regional travel required as necessary. Up to 40%
