**POSITION TYPE**:
Full-time seasonal with potential for year-round employment - April through November

**DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES**:

- Lead onsite crew to exceed scheduling goals, client expectations, and optimize project outcomes.
- Direct and manage onsite operations to achieve project objectives.
- Construct projects in alignment with plans, specifications, and codes, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Foster a positive work environment and support crew professional development.
- Construct new pools and maintain existing ones using mechanical and manual tools and equipment.
- Provide daily updates to the Project Manager and internal programs.
- Contribute to project meetings, offering proactive solutions to support ongoing projects.

**SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 3+ years of construction experience.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience - experience managing construction projects from execution to completion is an asset.
- Reliable transportation with a clean, valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle physical objects weighing up to 50lbs.
- Proficient in effective communication and computer skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
