Broker Placement Specialist

**Overview**:
We are looking for a Broker to join our commercial lines team full-time. Do you have an optimistic outlook and willingness to work with a dynamic and diverse team? Are you a resourceful and ambitious individual wanting to continue to expand your insurance knowledge and skills? While working on a fun and collaborative team and under the direct supervision of the Director of Marketing, the Broker carries out a wide range of duties
**How you'll make an impact**:
- Provide administrative assistance to CPSMs throughout key account renewals
- Provide administrative assistance to CPSMs with placement of new business
- Provide administrative assistance to CPSMs with remarketing of existing accounts
- Request all invoicing, order binders and other administrative duties as may be required
- Prepare and organize Key Account files well in advance of renewal dates and Gallagher Team Reviews (GTRs)
- Handle clarifications from G-Co
- Insurance Company portals - access various Insurance Company portals to obtain insurance policy documents.
- Prepare and maintain schedules of insurance on Key Accounts and check incoming policy documents for accuracy
