As the Product Marketing Manager, you will own marketing features, driving cross-functional execution, making thoughtful product marketing decisions along the way, and sharing insights and results throughout Giatec.

**The work location for this role is at Giatec's office in Ottawa.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Partner with your product management, design, and content counterparts to develop strategies that successfully bring new features to market.
- Manage a team of marketers as well as provide mentoring and development.
- Enable sales, marketing, product owners, customer success, and other internal teams to tell a compelling story about our product benefits.
- Create stand-out product positioning, messaging, and strategies that differentiate Giatec in the marketplace.
- Build and execute tactical marketing plans that increase product and feature adoption.
- Regularly monitor performance in depth to build data-driven recommendations.
- Identify customer needs and business opportunities through a combination of research, feedback collection from cross-functional teammates and competitive data analysis.
- Execute at a fast pace with a focus on user experience, impact, and learning in collaboration with other departments: making trade-offs, anticipating staffing needs, risks, and ensuring frequent and clear communication.
- Generate user insights and utilize them to inform product and narrative development while collaborating with other internal teams.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 5-8 years of experience leading major product initiatives across B2B products.
- Experience in B2B marketing in the software industry. Experience in the construction industry would be considered as an asset
- Strong collaborator and ability to influence others and rally a cross-functional team to align on a shared vision.
- Experience deriving customer insights through quantitative and qualitative methods
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Experience with Google Analytics, LinkedIn, HubSpot, SEMrush or similar platforms
