Team Lead System Quality Assurance

We are looking for a Team Leader, System Quality Assurance, reporting to the Department Manager, to supervise a multidisciplinary team in the standardization and optimization of production quality processes. You will be involved in the implementation of ISO 9001, the establishment of PFMEAs for production, the monitoring and optimization of critical processes, and the follow-up of various indicators, audit plans, inspections and corrective actions.
**YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Take charge of the project to deploy and maintain ISO 9001 certification
Ensure that ISO standards and quality procedures are rigorously maintained.
Monitor the implementation of production FMEAs and the definition of audit plans for all assembly processes and quality monitoring.
Coordinate the resolution of malfunctions and points for improvement raised in audits
Monitor manufacturing data in order to target priority opportunities and influence the various departments in implementing improvements.
Create and maintain production quality performance indicators.
Respond to external plant audits with BRP authorities.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or other relevant discipline
Three (3) to five (5) years' experience in a manufacturing environment and/or project management
Professional management experience
Bilingualism in French and English essential, as the position requires interaction with English-speaking suppliers and partners based outside Quebec
Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent ability to work as part of a team, to mobilize and influence others
Good problem-solving skills
