Reporting to the manager responsible for quality and business process integration in information technology, this person will be responsible for implementing the IT quality assurance practice at BRP. In addition to managing a team of several coordinators, you will be responsible for implementing the test automation strategy.

Take charge of the destiny of BRP's IT quality assurance practice.
Build and manage a team of IT QA leaders and analysts.
Work closely with delivery managers and centers of expertise responsible for project delivery to establish test management best practices.
Manage the implementation of the test management system (Tricentis qTest).
Manage the implementation of the test automation system (Tricentis Tosca) and optimize its use.
Support the professional development of your team members.
