**Summary of the Role**:
Working in collaboration with the Construction Site Development Manager, the Construction Manager, Project Manager, site operators, and Municipal and Provincial Representatives, the role of the Construction Project Coordinator is to coordinate the construction and assigned renovation projects, and regulatory and incentive programs.

**Main Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate commercial construction and renovation projects by ensuring:

- Liaison with contractors, engineers, health authorities, professionals, and municipalities.

2. Oversee site projects: renovations and equipment upgrades at the site level. This could range in scope from the installation of equipment to interior and exterior renovation.
- Coordinate sub-trade resources and coordinate with the Marketing team.

3. Coordinate and manage programs and regulations:

- TSSA regulations; maintaining precision line and tank testing and cathodic testing.
- Measurement Canada - meter calibration and certification schedules
- Municipal bylaws and Provincial regulations (MTO/MOE/WSIB) - maintaining oil/water stormceptor units, septic systems, grease interceptor, backflow, and small drinking water testing inspection schedules.
- Review and utilize incentives available for small businesses to maximize benefits potential for the business.
- Waste/Recycling Agreement - Liaison between sites and waste company account executive.
- Other related duties as required or assigned.

4. Maintaining new construction and renovation project costs. This includes research, monitoring expenditure, coding, and analysis as well as creating purchase orders and ordering equipment.
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Post-secondary education, in business.
- Diploma in building services would be beneficial.
- Previous construction and/or fuel industry experience is desirable.
- Highly organized.
- High degree of computer proficiency, particularly with Excel.
- Willing to attend training/courses and pursue designations relevant to the role.
- Customer focus.
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset.

The role may require occasional travel within Ontario and Quebec.
