Front Desk Receptionist

1. In-Depth Understanding of Our Software: Familiarity with specific software used in our operations (training will be provided).
2. Client Greeting and Engagement: Welcome clients warmly upon their arrival and engage with them to foster a welcoming environment.
3. Membership Information and Assistance: Provide potential clients with detailed information about membership options and assist them with the setup process.
4. Inventory Management: Ensure inventory is consistently up to date and organized, maintaining an efficient tracking system.
5. Light Cleaning: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the reception area to ensure a pleasant environment for clients.
6. Excellent Communication Skills: Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
7. Scheduling and Appointment Management: Handle scheduling of appointments and manage the calendar efficiently.
9. Administrative Tasks: Perform basic administrative duties including filing, handling mail, and data entry.
10. Problem-Solving Abilities: Quickly and effectively handle unexpected issues or client queries, demonstrating good judgment and problem-solving skills.
11. Professionalism and Confidentiality: Maintain a high degree of professionalism in both appearance and interaction with clients, ensuring confidentiality of client information.
12. Multitasking Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $17.50-$26.15 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
