WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Lead Partner Representative that is passionate about the Nike Brand and will be responsible to lead and drive a portion of the Foot Locker business located in Canada.

You must be a consumerist at heart, with a strong understanding of complex business issues and the ability to creatively solve problems for Nike Canada through the lens of the Foot Locker consumer.

A successful Lead Partner Rep will bring a proven track record leveraging industry, consumer and account data, insights and analytics to make decisions and drive change, with a strong knowledge of product and business trends.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will effectively manage a portion of the Foot Locker business in Canada and provide account feedback to key stakeholders, including the Senior Manager for Foot Locker Canada.

Utilize market knowledge on product trends, pricing and the competition to maximize product placement and sell through for the best representation of the Nike brand.

Grounded in data analytics to inform consumer-right strategic direction and opportunity, you will develop accurate and realistic go-to-market plans, seasonal assortments, forecasts and strategic plans.

Conduct seasonal business reviews with Foot Locker buyers, develop and execute distribution plans, monitor the marketplace and elevate assortment plans.

You will meet all reporting deadlines in a timely and consistent manner while maintaining positive internal relationships.

Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer's business.

You will be results driven with autonomy to be accountable for the execution, seasonal targets, management and timely coordination of a portion of the Foot Locker business for Nike Canada.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work and communicate with the Foot Locker buyers regularly when developing plans and forecasts

You will work cross functionally with internal Nike teammates (Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, Finance) who will help to support, drive and effectively collaborate in making informed decisions in the best interest of both Nike and Foot Locker Canada.

You will report to the Nike Canada Senior Manager of Foot Locker

You will establish and maintain strong communication with North American counterparts to ensure alignment with the Foot Inc business.

WHAT YOU BRING
- You have at least 4+ years of experience in strategic account management, driving and executing the long-term strategy for the account
- Strength in developing and clearly communicating a strategic viewpoint to help instill trust, build relationships, and cultivate credibility amongst stakeholders.
- A proven track record of leveraging industry, consumer and account data, insights and analytics to make decisions and drive change
- Team first mentality with an enterprise approach to grow both business and internal culture as part of a ONE TEAM environment
- As a problem-solver, through knowledge of product and trends you will demonstrate the ability to lead and influence cross functional peers in professional discussions and often complex decisions
- Bachelors' Degree suggested or higher in the field of sales or economics or relevant topic
- Ability to travel
