As a site clerk, you will perform various administrative tasks including:

- Daily completion of payroll from site time sheets;
- Purchasing of materials and supplies as requested by Site Management;
- Weekly completion of equipment log;
- Handle all administrative responsibilities, as assigned;
- Daily use of computer software including: Outlook, Word, Excel, as well as our Payroll and Purchasing systems;
- Administer and maintain confidential information and records, including employee files;
- Upkeep of site trailer;
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of high school;
- Minimum one year of office experience;
- Minimum three years of experience using Microsoft Office products at a high level of proficiency;
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Previous work experience in a secretarial or office management environment; 1 to 3 years of minimum experience; Proficient in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational and communication skills; Excellent time-management skills with the ability to manage and evaluate various deadlines; Discretion and professionalism; Punctual; Detail oriented; Ability to work in a team; Ability to build interpersonal relationships with staff.
