**Responsibilities**
- Work in an outdoor environment providing general labour duties
- Conducting work in bag collectors
- Landscaping, salting, and snow removal on company grounds
- Cleaning (garbage, debris other waste) and painting in various areas of the plant
- Clean up of spills on the plant grounds (carbon black, oil etc.)
**Requirements**:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing facility is considered an asset
- Highly flexible, proactive and self-motivated
- Commitment to safety and the environment
**Work Conditions/Schedule**
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs and work in an outdoor environment
- 12 hour continental shift work (switching between nights and days every 2 weeks)
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Overtime as required
