**Job description**

Painter/Assistant for Summer 2024

**Responsibilities**:
Tool and machinery placement on assigned job sites
Ladder set up and configuration.
Surface preparation to areas that are to be primed and painted
Caulking
Scraping
Cleaning
Drop sheet layouts
Housekeeping services will include:
Workshop set up and maintenance.
Effective paint storage throughout projects and after job completion for future customer use.

Qualifications:
Any experience will be an asset. Experience is preferred
Reliable and punctual
Must be an outgoing individual
Honest, must posses strong work ethic
Willing to learn
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
Time management skills
Customer service skills

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

**Benefits**:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thunder Bay, ON P7B 2A2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- painting: 2 years (preferred)
