Service Technician Lead Hand

**Job description**

We are currently Looking to replace a lead hand on small crew to our team. Full time hours Monday-Friday at set location in Langley. Lots of on site training, and fun environment.

Skills required:

- Mechanically inclined
- Knowledge of basic construction
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Able to follow instructions and work alone
- Multitasking, bouncing from one task to another
- Willing to learn, and can following directions
- The more experience with construction the better
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Tasks could include:

- Changing and Repair Sheet metal
- Replacing doors
- interior and exterior
- Small roof repairs
- Changing door hardware, troubleshooting latching and locking issues
- Floor tile and subfloor repair
- Painting and finishing
- Roof inspections
- lots of ladder time
- Removing and reinstalling windows
- Pressure washing buildings
- Clean and prepare construction site areas
- changing locks
- Installing doors, windows, air conditioner units
- Perform other various site related roles

**About You**:

- works well with others, and self sufficient
- hard working
- Positive team attitude, open to learn from other skilled tradespeople
- Reliable and able to get to work on time
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks when required
- Previous construction experience (1 year minimum)
