- Experience on Mobile Equipment (pallet jack, forklift, reach truck)
- RF Scanner Experience
- Previous experience in a leadership role an asset
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking
- Ability to meet the physical demands on the job
- Reliable
- English proficiency (written and spoken)

**What you would be doing**:

- Operating mobile equipment (ride-on jack, counterbalance, narrow aisle reach)
- Daily and weekly inspections via Quality Management System
- Ensure orders are accurately picked to customer specifications
- Ensure inbound shipments are received to customer specifications
- Report product quality and quantity variances in a timely manner
- Physical inventory counts as required
- Liaise with CSRs for orders and any order corrections/help required
- Training of new material handling staff in their area
- Active management of team-based work in their area
- Prioritizing work in WMS at start of day and throughout shift
- Shipping and receiving
- Working in various temperature categories (ambient, cooler, freezer)
- Lifting up to 50 lbs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Reach truck: 1 year (required)

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
