**Qualifications**:

- 5-8 years of experience in related industry
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment methods) company policies, procedures and standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Bachelor's degree in related fields including construction management or architecture and experience as a contractor
- Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications and samples to report any discrepancies, inconsistencies and conflicts
- Collaborate professionally with the management and engineering subcontractors, regarding design revisions and finalization or any arising matter
- Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and collaborate with purchasing Perform site measurement and collaborate with engineering
- Manage the installation process to maintain efficiency and ensure appropriate resource capacity within the team
- Plan and coordinate site logistics with input from the field team
- Supervise the installation on day to-day basis including workmanship and compliance of details per approved shop drawings
- Arrange for any equipment required to complete work
- swing stage and the likewise equipment
- Ensure equipment rental charges and when it is no longer needed
- Arrange for mockup installation, site testing
- Developing, implementing, and updating procedures and policies
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical within window system with trades on site
- Monitor the project's progress and provide performance reports.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
- Recommend corrective actions in working conditions or equipment use to increase the efficiency of the crew
- Perform inspection during and after installation and rectify any deficiencies and missing items
- Provide solutions to rectify the deficiencies and implement the approved changes
- Check installer invoice against completed work
- Provide daily site repots of deficiencies, installation progress and site update
- Responsible for quality control of installation of fenestration and getting signature of fenestration accepted from owner
- Organize received frames at the job site and make sure they arc located and stored at the safe place
- Monitor and process the signed receipts when windows delivered to the client
