**Reports To: Sales Manager**

**Job Overview**:
As an **Inside Sales Representative**, you will be a vital part of the sales team, providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the sales and warehouse teams to ensure efficient operation and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
Customer Interaction:

- Provide technical and commercial information to assist customer decision-making.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Sales Support:

- Enter and maintain orders in the sales processing system.
- Prepare and update order reports to keep the sales team informed.
- Implement marketing plans and initiatives to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all sales and service goals are met.

Operational Support:

- Assist in the warehouse with picking and verifying orders.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage shipping documents like waybills and manifests.
- Support the receiving team by assisting in the unloading and accurate recording of incoming goods.
- Participate in regular and special inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- College education in business or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a flair for building and maintaining relationships.
- Team-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and independence.
- Proficiency in Windows software; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities (especially French) are highly desirable.

**Additional Information**:
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
