We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver successful projects.

**Job Summary**: The Junior Estimator and Coordinator will support the project management team in estimating, planning, executing, and finalizing road construction and snow removal projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants, and ensuring that project objectives are met and delivered to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Project Manager in estimating, development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Ensure that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
- Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
- Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans, and money spent.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Junior Estimator and Coordinator or similar role in road construction or a related industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- PMP or CAPM certification.
- Familiarity with construction and project management methodologies.
- Experience with contract administration and construction documentation.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal road construction regulations and standards.
