**Job Title: Mortgage Assistant / Client Solutions Specialist**

**The Opportunity**:
Join our dynamic team at Mortgage Fernando Inc., a prominent and expanding mortgage brokerage committed to delivering exceptional solutions to our clients. We are in search of a dedicated Mortgage Assistant / Client Solutions Specialist to play a pivotal role in our client engagement and operational efficiency.

**The Role**:
As a Mortgage Assistant / Client Solutions Specialist, you will be integral in supporting our Mortgage Broker, managing our deal pipeline, engaging with clients, and contributing to our marketing efforts. This role offers a pathway to professional growth, with the potential to advance to an Account Manager position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the mortgage process by coordinating with Mortgage Broker and internal underwriters and managing client interactions.
- Maintain ongoing communication with past clients, fostering lasting relationships.
- Conduct research and prepare reports to support decision-making by the Leadership Team.
- Manage data entry and maintain client records in Pipedrive, Filogix, and FINMO (training provided).
- Contribute to the optimization of internal systems, lead generation strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Minimum of two years' experience in the mortgage industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A quick learner, eager to acquire new skills and excel in a technology-driven, paperless environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Creativity in improving internal processes and contributing to marketing strategies.
- Mortgage Agent License is highly desirable but not mandatory.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Tech-savvy with an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Prior experience in the mortgage industry is a valuable asset.

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 2 years (required)
- Mortgage Assistant: 2 years (preferred)
