Restaurant Manager

The Millstone Public House is a locally owned and operated Pub and Restaurant with elevated pub fare made from fresh ingredients. We treat our staff well and promote a healthy and respectful work environment. Our goal is to welcome new staff in and encourage long term employment with our organization.

As the general manager of a busy restaurant you will be required to do the following:

- Ensuring incoming and existing staff comply with company policies
- Training staff to follow restaurant procedures and quality service
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
- Organizing schedules and managing labour costs
- Keeping track of employees' hours
- Ordering liquor, receiving bar deliveries, tracking and managing inventory
- Managing liquor costs

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
