**Position: Front of House Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the front-of-house operations, including guest service, reservations, seating, and staffing.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for guests.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and policies to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the dining room, bar, and public areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed expectations and resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house and uphold the highest standards of food and beverage quality and presentation.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control for front-of-house supplies, including beverages, tableware, and cleaning materials.
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or entertainment venue.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of front-of-house staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service and fostering positive relationships with guests and team members.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house procedures, point-of-sale systems, and health and safety regulations.
- Proven organizational and time management abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- ProServe certification and knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices.
- A passion for food, beverage, and hospitality, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
