**Oakdale’s clubhouse offers members and guests a variety of amenities that include banquet and restaurant facilities, locker rooms, fitness rooms and lounge areas. As a member of the maintenance team, your responsibilities are key to the execution of services and events. You will be responsible for set up, tear down and moving of furniture as required for indoor and outdoor events. The maintenance team carries out regular maintenance such as cleaning, painting, repair and assembly of furniture and other items and/or equipment as required. Deficiencies beyond the scope of clubhouse maintenance staff, are reported to outside service providers (Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC)

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness and order of all clubhouse areas.
- Be polite and friendly towards other workers, members, and guests.
- Respond to maintenance requests or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform daily inspections and maintenance of the interior/exterior property and the building systems.
- Check and replace lighting and ceiling tiles in common areas and vacancies.
- Setup and tear down of tables, chairs, and furniture for events.
- Set up of dance floor and audio equipment for events.
- Maintenance of terrace structure, area, and restaurant patio.
- Building general repairs (painting, wall touch ups or patch ups.

**Qualifications**:

- Punctual, reliable and in full uniform for every shift.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Flexible to work extended hours during busy periods.
- Positive attitude and willingness.
- Able to work in a team environment and independently as required.
- First aid, CPR, and use of AED an asset

Physical Demands:

- Moving furniture (tables, chairs, other) as required and flipping room for events.
- Lifting and carrying - up to 50 lbs
- Washing floors and vacuuming
- Frequent use of ladders
- Working in all areas of the Clubhouse building and some exterior
