Stewart Aviation is the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) at the Peterborough Airport (CYPQ). We handle flight arrivals and departures, marshalling/parking aircraft, refuelling, ground service equipment, cargo, and aircraft ground-icing operation. We also provide flight handling and customer services.

Our mission is to provide clean fuel and excellent service at YPQ.

Position Available: Ramp Agent/Customer Service Agent (PT may lead to FT)

This position reports to the FBO Manager. Key Responsibilities are (but not limit to):

- Perform aircraft refuelling & fuel quality and equipment checks
- Provide ramp services & apron management
- Process sales, use of POS machine and handle cash
- Handel rental car, hotel accommodation and food catering
- Keep office and fuelling equipment safe and clean
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Perform other duties as required and assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Clean criminal background check and bondable
- Require “G” licence, good driving record and own transport to airport
- Able to communicate using a 2-way radio
- Must be willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physical aspects of the job involves walking, bending, lifting, pulling, and ascending/descending stepladder
- Must be self-motivated, well organized and strong attention to detail
- and to solve problems
- Must be able to identify different colours of aviation fuels correctly
- Knowledge of aircraft, TDG, WHMIS and SDS is an asset but not necessary
- Experience in shipping and receiving cargo is an asset but not necessary
- Experience in providing excellence in Customer Service
- Employee must pass all training provided by the company
- Ability to work independently at shifts between 6am to mid-night, plus overnight callout

**Education**:

- Secondary school diploma or equivalent

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Starting from $17.00 per hour
