**Steele Auto Group is seeking a Benefits, Payroll & Leave Administrator to join our team**

Working within the payroll/finance team, the Benefits, Payroll and Leave Administrator assists employees in understanding the organization's benefits offerings, conducts orientation or enrollment meetings, advises on eligibility, costs, and coverage, and provides information for use in memos, presentations, or other benefits communications. Provides guidance during claims or enrollment processes. Maintains records related to benefits plan participation or contributions. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required as communication and client inquiry assistance will be a key component within this position, with a strong working knowledge of WCB and Statutory Leaves in all Atlantic Provinces.
**Job Duties**
- Coordination, administration, and execution of all benefits-related activities.
- Process all benefit and LOA claims.
- Process employee enrolments, changes, and terminations.
- Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure that employer contributions and payroll deductions and adjustments are processed in a timely, accurate manner.
- Provide prompt and accurate answers to group benefit questions.
- Mediate between insurers, clients and employees to resolve claim and coverage issues.
- Educate employees on benefits and programs.
- Analyze benefit usage and identify and initiate educational health and wellness program opportunities and ensure that programs offered meet Steele Auto Group employee needs.
- Backup for payroll
- Other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in benefit administration required.
- Data analysis skills required.
- Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
**Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 + Performance Bonus**
