Tasks

Demonstrate New Cooking Techniques, Supervise other Kitchen Workers, Create New Menu Items and recipes, prepare and cook meals for Take out, dine-in and for special events, order kitchen and food supplies, estimate for food and labor, train new staff to cook, prepare and handle food correctly and manage the kitchen costs. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Party planner/decorating cakes and drink specials, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, Establish work schedules, Sanitization and disinfecting of food and play equipment, Cleaning duties, Customer service, such as taking care of customers and there needs

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $29.00-$29.25 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- On call
- Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

**Experience**:

- Kitchen: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safety Certification (required)
