Speak Freely Therapy Services in Barrie, ON is hiring We are an established private practice clinic with a solid reputation in Simcoe County. Currently, we are seeking two reliable, skilled SLPs to join the team, in either a contract or employee format. Hours are flexible and can accommodate SLPs who have other part-time work commitments. Or, build a full-time caseload if that is what the clinician prefers.

This position will involve:

- providing treatment and consultation to a pediatric caseload (toddler through teens), with varied needs (language delays and disorders, literacy challenges, articulation/sound production, executive function difficulties)
- providing treatment and consultation to adults (ASD, post-stroke)
- creating detailed treatment plans for CDAs to implement therapy
- supervising and supporting CDAs
- consulting with caregivers
- collaborating with other professionals (occupational therapists, teachers, psychologists)
- working closely with the clinic owner regarding best practices for intervention

Experience with ASD, literacy and learning challenges, AAC, articulation and motor planning is preferred. Knowledge of a second language is an asset. A mature, fun attitude and solid work ethic is a must.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 - 20 per week

**Salary**: $60.00-$80.00 per hour

- Master's Degree (preferred)
