We’re looking for our next Supervisor, Paid Social. Could It Be You?
As the Paid Social Supervisor, you will be responsible for the paid social strategy to drive customer acquisition and brand growth across all social channels and business lines. The Supervisor will bring forth innovative strategic recommendations as the paid social technical expert and manage the paid social team as the business grows.

Responsibilities will include developing the overall channel strategy across business lines and oversee the technical and operational support for in-market campaigns with a key focus on ensuring successful campaign launch, pacing, delivery and meeting business KPIs.

- Paid Social:

- Develop high level strategies (annually and quarterly) and facilitate the role of paid social within a multi-channel marketing strategy
- Possess a high degree of social advertising knowledge to effectively meet business objectives such as driving awareness or leads
- Act as the paid social expert for strategy, execution, innovation, and training for broader marketing team; act as main point of contact with paid social media platform partners
- Build strong relationships and establish clear lines of communications with internal & external teams to provide strategic recommendations across business lines and strategies on a campaign to campaign basis; Work closely with organic team for additional opportunities and alignment on campaigns
- Oversee and review in
- platform execution of all paid social media campaigns on various platforms including campaign setup, ad trafficking, targeting, creative uploading/sync and testing, audience assignment and automated report generation
- Manage campaign budgets, advise on recommended campaign optimizations, and oversee weekly/quarterly reporting and insights
- Monitor the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how to best leverage new tools and platforms
- Team Management:

- Onboard and manage social coordinators and specialists including goal setting, day-to-day management & career growth
- Help launch new LOB and new content
- Manage working relationship with internal teams & external partners

So are YOU our next Supervisor, Paid Social? You are, if you have
- Have 4-7 years of hands-on experience leading the execution of paid social media campaigns with a proven track record of performance against acquisition KPIs
- Have experience with Meta Business Manager, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
- Have an interest and aptitude for analysis / analytics
- Are passionate about working with current social media platforms & up to date on emerging platforms
- Have fundamental knowledge of online media metrics and analysis
- Have an understanding of broader media planning and buying - to ensure integration / coordination with wider media objectives
- Have robust relationship skills, including the ability to participate in meetings and complete deliverables in a timely manner
- Experience working with G-Suite or Microsoft Office

Additional kudos if you have
- You have digital experience with a media agency
- Successful completion of certifications in relevant platforms including Meta Blueprint Certification, Twitter Flight School, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.
- Experience in Google Analytics an asset
- Experience in Google Data Studio an asset
- You have experience launching new brands and/or pages
- You have experience and/or personal interest in the financial industry
